The agreement was signed by Mohammed Drissi Melyani, Director General of the Agency of Digital Development and Kamal Youssefi, President of The Hashgraph Association.
Kamal Youssefi made the following note on this occasion:
“As a Moroccan national by origin and as the president of The Hashgraph Association Association, I’m humbled and excited to collaborate with ADD and the Moroccan government. I strongly believe that the digital enablement will positively serve the economy, society, and youth in Morocco and the wider continent of Africa. This partnership holds immense importance as it will initiate a journey of enablement and sustainability, fostering strong relationships between the African and European continents through technology and innovation.”
